Editorial Policy
Spring Device Guide aims to make consumer technology easier to understand through clear, independent editorial information.
Editorial independence
Content decisions are made independently of manufacturers. Product names identify the devices under discussion; they do not imply approval, partnership or sponsorship. We do not claim to be an official manufacturer publication or retailer.
Accuracy and sourcing
For new guides and substantive updates, we aim to check product details against identifiable sources, including manufacturer documentation. Specifications, prices, availability and software features may change by date, model and region. Readers should compare important details with current official information before making a decision.
Reviews and experience
We distinguish explanations, comparisons, opinion and hands-on testing. We do not invent test results, customer reviews, ratings, professional credentials or purchase experiences. A future hands-on review should state what was tested and any relevant limitations.
Historical articles
Our earlier archive has been retained to preserve access and context. Some first-person essays contain purchase and promotion claims that we have not independently verified. These essays carry an archive note and are not presented as verified customer testimonials or current offers. Preserving an article does not validate every claim or cited source in it.
Commercial transparency
New sponsored content or affiliate links, if used, should be clearly identified where readers encounter them. Existing external links are preserved for historical context and are not automatically recommendations. We avoid unsupported urgency, savings claims and promotional superlatives.
Corrections
Send the relevant URL, the issue and a supporting source through our contact form. Material corrections should be explained in the affected article. We do not change publication dates simply to make old content look new.
